ok then just go to your profile click "edit my profil" at the upper right corner then click picture from the tool bar that appears at the side of the screen then go to URL then paste the URL of the picture

if you want a picture of yourself, youll need a facebook account. youll need to copy the url of the picture that you want to use......
click my gaia/ preferences/about me/
post the url to the about me and save

wat chue mean stop going to fast??????????um ok go to picture when ur in edit profile then get the URL from the picture you want you can get the URL from any pic just go right click over the pic then go to properties then you'll see the URL copy it then past it to the section of URL in the picture catagory...........did that make sense?

for a video (which is easier)
find a link to the song video, copy and paste it...
go to your profile/ edit profile layout (in top right hand corner)/ content/ media....
then go to the media box that should appear above your avi pic and move it where ever you want
click edit on the media box, then paste the link in the the box labeled URL:______________________
if you want it to play automaticly when someone goes onto your profile add &autoplay=1
