Well, I am a big sci-fi/fantasy fan. I grew up on Star Trek
(though I don't consider myself a trekkie) and fell in love with the
short-lived television series Firefly
and it's recent major motion picture Serenity.
In case you haven't notticed, I pretty much
idolize Malcolm Reynolds from Firefly/Serenity.

I discovered my writing ability nearly five years ago,
and have spent every year since honing the skill. I read lots of sci-fi and fantasy stories, from
Tolkein to Asimov, Saberhagen,
Heinlen, Donaldson, Niven and Herbert.
And recently I've fallen in love with the works of Ted Dekker.

I've only been on Gaia for a year and have just within the past few months started
rping. I usually play a young human warrior, 'cuz that's just cool.
I love science fiction rp's as well as fantasy. I'm also something of a hopeless romantic,
so I'm always good for those rolls too.
