I couldn't find more information about it until I read some of the comments. It's really stupid, yes, especially when monthly collectibles are priced on the premise that they wouldn't come out again.

I was in a 1x1 like 5 years ago. Again vampire-themed. It was fun but at the same time quite difficult to move overarching plot along.

I'm used to 1x1 since that's how lots of other places work, but there's lots of stuff you can't do with just two people.

1x1 is a lot of work, and yeah, kind of exclusive. I don't know.

The economy's fluctuating... or maybe I'm not paying close enough attention. Usually when you watch prices closely, you don't notice the changes to be too drastic.

Yes... because you'd expect them to talk normally too, and not use textspeak or whatever just because they're not making a proper character post.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'competitive'... but I think the best rates on the GIE were 4.2g each... now they generally go for 3.5g. As usual as a seller it's easiest to sell your tickets on the MP.

Well, that's what I'm used to in other places. You have a Warnings: section at the top of the post and if it says homosexual sex, bondage and moderate levels of violence, you know exactly what you're about to read. It should be a choice.

But really I'm not too fussed about it... I have yet to find quality writing in Gaia.

I'm currently in a couple, but not on Gaia. Kind of been meaning to look for others, but Anne Rice and Twilight have pretty much destroyed the genre so it's hard to find something decent.

Both with RPs and writing in general - I mean with RPs because you're constrained by setting and types of characters, you basically just have your realistic or fantastic games. All the other smaller categories fit into one of the two.

And, well, most societies would be inclined to agree. In most places, sex is legal, murder isn't. Even if PG-13 for Gaia means no sex, I hope I don't sound too shallow by saying that you lose so much by taking sexual elements out of writing. Good writing is meant to be expressive, sensual, engrossing... constantly having to worry about whether something is childsafe or not just stifles the creativity.

Nah, it's normal. There aren't that many RP genres anyway.

I figured RPs on Gaia have to be PG-13. I'm used to writing sex scenes, bloodplay and BDSM type stuff 'cause I used to be in a bunch of vampire RPs and all of that. I'm not really sure what qualifies as PG-13, like holding hands or something?

Yeah that stuff is just weird. I don't know, I guess I could go surf around for a game later. PG-13 is really boring though.
