The one's that I've met all do. I've only met 3 though at an anime convention.

Sound proof is good, but a noise removal tool works too. Download audacity. It's free and easy.

Actually no. I have recently because I'm at college, but usually I would just do it in my basement.

That's a stupid idea. At least to me it is. All the VAs I've talked to have done it because they wanted to. Not because it was some last resort.

Really? I haven't seen that show for years so I'm not sure. I hope you liked what you saw. Speech impediment or not if you keep working at it you'll do fine. According to a workshop I went to the whole point to being able to get into the industry is to not give up. If you ever want to collab let me know.
