Bahahaha oh nuuu. Its funny because I initially started hoarding for exactly, that: profit. But now I just like my hoards xD. Its more like collecting things, especially event items. Lol at 1k=100m but at the same time, even 100m doesn't buy much :[

Ooooh haha. I watched DBZ when I was little, but I never understood what was going on at all.... I just saw people go KAMEHAMEHAAAAAA. I've been recently inspired to do some fan art too, for Fairy Tail haha. But even now, I'm still not much of an artist xP.

Nah it almost went out of business because a few of the shops jacked up prices and everything went to crap when inflation hit. Its doing okay now. I don't bump much myself, they kind of do the work xD. Someone decided to report us for "speed bumping" so as of late, its been a huge pain to bump threads. I can do fast bumps just fine. And yes, we/they're called bumpers! xP.

Nothing wrong with spending to make your beautiful looks xD. They're always amazing and matching your post layouts. Dunno how you keep it up for so long haha. I haven't spent in ages, most of my nice items I actually pull from dumpster dive and contests LOL. I'm not creative enough to come up with new looks so often, and just lazy so we'll see. I'm too indecisive to make avis in a timely manner sweatdrop

You still do art? I haven't seen any new deviant art submissions from you! xP

I have no idea, only started talking yesterday haha.

Yeah, its weird that I still come back with not much to do and not many people to talk to. I help run a bump shop that I've worked in for years now, so that just becomes routine. Other than that I guess I just like and hope for random conversations here and there, they're always fun. Doesn't happen much now though ...

Yep! You are too! XD I've been super nostalgic and trying to find some old Gaia friends <3 No one else is around though haha. I looked through our old quest threads, y'all were so nice to an obnoxious 11 year old lol. It melts my heart: heart: Especially when you all said my art was good LOL. So anyways, how are you?! Thank god you're still on Gaia. The only other person I have contact with is Nanami through FB haha.

Soooo interesting/embarassing thing that happened.... when I went back on and did an overhaul of my gaia account (changed profile, name, and avatar) I had also included changing the password.

Problem was that I didn't use any of my usual passwords for this particular account so I had forgotten about it and have been attempting to log in gaia with my not only my old password but my old username as well. Needless to say I was being an idiot for a good 4 days....

I miss Kyangfan as well TAT. She was active in her deviant art account until 2011 or 2012 I think until she graduated college. She's probably out in the world impressing and making people gape at her awesome art skillz. At least I hope that is the case

Ahhh I haven't made any proper gaian friends either... I should attempt to do that when things get less busy and hectic. I can't blame you for being a tad bit gold-greedy considering I have a friend (the one that could be held responsible for my return) had spent at least 26 bil because she has the tendency to change avatars. A lot.

I can only imagine how much gold you can make off of the stuff you have, especially considering the amount I made with mine. There was also this one very interesting moment when I had been randomly gifted 100 mil when I posted in an anon gifting thread in the last event. I someday wish that I can be rich enough to reach that kind of level....

Ahh I have just returned from a 4 year long hiatus myself~

The length of time merited a change of avatar and name just to reflect the difference.

It seems I missed the whole inflation of prices in the site. I was rather surprised myself when I had first checked out the market after logging in. The prices that I had once remembered to be ranging within the hundred thousands had suddenly spike to millions and billions. Surprised at the prices I checked out the items I had in my inventory and the monthly collectibles that had once been priced at 16k -> 30k had somehow been priced in several millions.

The clincher here was a random freebie and an octopus that I randomly got being priced at hundreds of thousands. That was just so damn hilarious.

Yes, I feel ya. I never once though I would have a over hundred million gold way back when we were still active with Kyangfan. The irony is just as you mentioned, despite the our current gold reserve the really wonderful items are beyond reach...

It seems the staff are trying to remedy the situation though. The events that have passed seem to be focused on presenting gold sinks. The future seems to be better at least when it comes to the inflation problem~

I had prepared so much... riddles that would boggle your mind and challenges so difficult you would need extra lives. I had prepared an quest so epic in nature you would have had to gather a party of veteran gaians of specific skills through the whole site to look for clues and solve the mystery wrapped in an enigma, wrapped in bacon, wrapped in taco wraps that is lost in the salad of cats and three legged dogs!
