Ugh. I tried to watch the first debate and couldn’t bear it. It was a circus act.

You might have better luck posting in the Exchange Forum or in the Unlisted/Wanted Thread.

I was recently able to trade for an item by posting in the Wanted for like 10x cheaper than it is on the MP (because of the insanely stupid inflation) so maybe you’ll get results too.

I'm not. I have my family to go through it with. Minnesota has been under stay at home orders since mid-march I think. We're doing pretty well all things considered. Less than 1000 deaths and I think there's only been about 30k confirmed cases since testing began. Some restrictions are being lowered a bit, but safety is still encouraged. Restaurants are still closed to dine in, but some small stores may be allowed to reopen soon with restrictions. There was a bit in the paper about how a famous record shop in Minneapolis is trying to figure out how to handle it.

It sort of helped that it was over the course of a few days, but it didn't make it hurt less when I found out it actually happened. I'm doing ok now, but the sadness will be present for a while. The thing that sucks the most is that there probably won't be a proper funeral because of the damn pandemic.

Yeah, it's kinda like on the one hand I'm grateful I'm still working but on the other what happens if I get sick? I'm a bit wheezy but I wasn't diagnosed with asthma and I think it's just a symptom of GERD or something but I dunno if that would make me at-risk. The customers around here haven't been too bad, it just got really busy for a while because of curb-side orders with a skeleton crew. emotion_skull
Sorry to hear about your job. This whole virus situation sucks mightily. I hope you're getting the financial breaks and any other help you need.
And thanks! I actually liked the way it turned out. When I was painting it I got a little worried that it looked like poo, but the stickers and mini ice creams helped. That one's not for sale though. I'm starting with teenie-weenie birdhouses.
I wish you luck with your career decisions, whatever it turns out to be. I'm still working on mine. orz

I've been busy at work but it's slowing down now. Gonna have a few days off coming up so I armed myself with birdhouses to paint and decorate, then I think I'll throw them up on Etsy or whatever.
