It's no worries at all it is the holidays after all. How were your holidays btw? I plan on taking it easy for new years, with some roma pizza. Not much more I need in life tbh.
I had made cinnamon buns for the first time this year and they turned out pretty good considering I didn't use a recipe. The family and neighbors that got to try them loved them as well.

I'm considering student loans of course I would want things planned out before first off. I think I really want to get into baking and pastry arts, I am worried a college program may be too big of a step for me when this is just a hobby that I enjoy and dream about working in. I would like to try it out as a career doing small things before I make the big decision to help me feel more comfortable about my future.
The big dream for me would be to own a pizzeria inside of like an mixed media art collective. I was at the Canadian Pizza Expo this year trying to price things out and talking to top independent pizzeria owners in the country and that was a huge confidence boost in myself in believing that I have something going on that could really get off the ground. As a kid I was always helping my mom in the kitchen, I really like being creative and using my hands and then sharing it with others. ya.

Have not sent in a resume to the donuts shop, no. Still looking for a way I can apply, I check their facebook and on indeed every couple of days to see if anything has come up besides my normal job hunt.
I have only lived here for half a year now and the vegan scene is non stop growing and it's cool to be a apart of so i'm sure there are going to be more opportunities in the future. I would be more comfortable in a vegan shop although all my past kitchen experience has been omnivore. At this point i'm so desperate I would be happy with anything that I could get and then work on getting something that i'm more interested in within life once I obtain some amount of balance.

You better bring that dog with you, I saw their instagram what a cutie. I would be happy to pm you my # as well smile

I got burned so hard on episode 3 of star wars I didn't care at all when they got bought by Disney.
I had a free movie ticket so I decided to go see it with my uncle because he is a huge fan of the series . . . he fell asleep in the theater for this one.

No college for me anytime soon, Fanshawe does have a baking and pastry arts program that I am interested in but I would need to save until 2020 or so
The program I am trying to get into is a youth employment program focused on finding a job that suits you and getting you permanent full time work in that field
Giving you the training certification and resume & interview skills to get into the field yourself along with a co-op program for a few weeks in a job.
For the time being if I could get a job at that vegan doughnut shop opening up on Locke my life would be set. You may have tried them before, Monster Doughnuts.
They were sold in the farmers market and other cafes around the city before but now they are opening up a location, I fear for my bank account and waist line.

January that's so close by! oh my god i'm going to have a friend in this city!

I enjoyed the new Star Wars movie, it's the first new one that I have seen.
The pay off at the end of the story was worth it, has me wondering what direction that are going to be able to take it next.
Definitely was fan service for the parents but also more kid friendly than what I remember from the original trilogy.
You will enjoy it.
