Dr. Fate just royally pushed the wrong button with Traci then. The way he was talking down to her, she didn't appreciate it. Not. One. Damn. Bit! She waved her index finger towards him as she refrained from loosing her cool with him then. Reaching up to brush back some loose hair that had fallen along the side of her face. Speaking professionally to Dr. Fate as calmly as possible without a negative attitude. If Dr. Fate did not reaccess his approach with her, she would definitely loose her temper. "Ever hear of the word, please Dr. Fate?" While she had his undivided attention, "If you weren't already aware, the Sentinels have been conducting an long term investigation, sir. Since the battle took place a little while ago, we've all been on our toes trying to find out what exactly came into our world. We haven't been just sitting around playing dumb. Raven assigned me to seek out any magic based users out there that could help us with our investigation. So don't think I've just been at home dying my hair and trying to live a normal life."

Moving her hands to rest along her hips then as she smirked, " 'Cause it just don't work that way. We can never live a NORMAL life style like everyone else can. That little luxury was just never provided for us to begin with. Why? Because no one seems to care let alone understand what we do. And quite frankly? I'm alright with that. People will be safer that way in my book." Walking over to pick up her satchel as she whistled a tune and her pet lizard Leroy appeared out of thin air along her shoulders. "So you want me to go to the Watch Tower? Fine, I'll go. Some friendly advice? Try knocking next time before you enter into someone's private domain." The air around her began to spark and crackle as a portal opened up. Before she really gave Dr. Fate a chance to respond she stepped through the portal and was off towards the Watch Tower.

Traci Thirteen

Traci stopped and turned around in her tracks, speaking calmly as possible to him then. Trying to make a statement clear as a bell, "Look, I don't know if this is normal for you to walk in unannounced into someone's home and start making demands. Listen if I wasn't one with the arcane magic?" Traci then held up both of her hands as her both her index and middle finger did a inward quick rolling motion as in quotation marks. "As a normal civilian I would have already called the police and had you arrested as some wacko maniac who made entry into my house out of thin air!" Letting her hands drop down as she crossed one arm over the other, her whole body was speaking with a major attitude now. Narrowing her eyes to fine slits as she listened to him and could sense some form of turmoil around him. "Wait a minute, let me guess...." She shook her head with a wry laugh, "You sense them don't you? The Old Ones... That's why you are here...."

No Lesser Evil

In Traci's mind she thought of the recent investigation that she, Raven, Nick and Cecilia did. As she thought about it, without realizing her eyes began to glow in an eerie shade of purple. While the glow was visible, the number 13 appeared visible along her forehead along with a scar running down the left side of her face. "You should have been there.." Traci just shook her head as the glow began to fade from existence.

Traci Thirteen

As she stood there her bangs instantly before Dr. Fate's very eyes began to turn into a gradient tone of blue. Seeing out of the corner of her eyes at a near by mirror, she turned and tilted her head. "Hmm that's new." Shrugging her shoulders as she glanced back at him then. "I'm giving myself a new flare." Realizing he didn't catch on apparently, "I'm dying my hair, part of it at least." Reaching up as a towel came from across the room as she began to gently towel dry off the rest of her hair. She'd have to allow the color a few more minutes to set before she washed it. "I highly doubt the dying of my hair is the reason why you made an unannounced arrival here." Watching him through the squint of her eyes a moment as she moved down the hallway. Figuring since he invited himself in, he might as well follow her to where ever she went. She was heading to her kitchen.

Furious held up his fist showing his power ring and then projected a holograph image of his battle in deep space against entities from the Far Realms "This was the mission that Myself and other magically powered member of the League took place in. This happened last year around December. Perhaps you have noticed, that these creatures are so tainted with older elder magic, magic so strong, it's a wonder we were able to defeat them and close the intrusion into our dimension. That area of space will take millenniums to fix itself because of the intrusion. Although I may have prevented them from coming over, something else got through. Which I cannot seem to locate it. It's using powerful elder magic to hide itself,or whatever it is. I am working with the FBI to discover who is behind recent abductions and ritual killings that I suspect are being done and perform by whatever it is that crossed over. "

Furious smiled at one of his former teacher's in the arcane arts and then nodded his head repling "Thank you Dr. Fate, I am still working on my skills. My Grandfather says that I will be one our Family's Houngan Asogwe in no time. I am glad you have come,I have much to discuss about a past mission that happened recently. It has to do with the Far Realms and something that Myself and other believe crossed over to our dimension. We have big trouble on our hands Dr. Fate.. We will need your expertise in such matters."

((Actually since the DC New 52, I redesigned Furious whole back story. He became a Green Lantern at 16 yrs old and He joined the league at 18 yrs, Has been a member going on 7yrs. his Parents are still alive and he is an only child and has only one son with Ana Pavati. Most of his new back story is on his profile. This Furious is much different from before. He's very humble and has been studying the arcane arts since he was 5 yrs old in the tradition of his family history. So He's very different from how I had him before. I just needed a change and the New 52 gave me that opportunity to do so. I wanted to mix the concepts of Science and Magic together and make him a person who exists in both realms and has to learn to balance both of these concepts))

Furious could sense the magical energy crackle in the air as a familiar Ankh suddenly appeared. Furious stood up from behind his desk and slowly bowed his head in reverence as one of the Lords of Order walked out "Greetings Dr. Fate, It's been a long time my friend. How have you been?"

She was in the process of dying a new color to her hair. So she was dressed in casual attire, a plastic apron sheet, and her arms were painted up in different tints of color, thus being used as an art palette. Grabbing and sweeping back her wet, natural black hair into one fist as she looked over at him through dripping wet bangs. "Can I help you?"
