• Education: Keanu attended Jesse Ketchum Public School in Toronto from kindergarten through the eighth grade, and attended several high schools (including De La Salle College; Toronto High School for the Performing Arts and Hedgerow Theatre) before dropping out completely at age 17.
• Lives: All over the place, mostly below the famous Hollywood sign in Los Angeles, California. He lives in hotels. May 2003 Keanu bought his first permanent home in the Hollywood Hills built in the 1980s as an art collector’s residence.
• Scars: Keanu got his abdominal scar from a motorcycle wreck in Topanga Canyon. He was on a “demon ride” (no headlights at night) when he crashed into the side of a mountain. He was hospitalized for a week with broken ribs and a ruptured spleen. When the paramedics came to get him, an emergency medical technician trainee picked up one end of the stretcher … then dropped it by mistake! “It made me laugh, but I couldn’t breathe!”

Riding his 2 Norton Motorcycles: a 1974 Combat Commando 850 and a 1972 Commando 750, although he collided with a mountain once. This resulted into a prominent scar that runs from his chest to his navel. It has been reported that he also owns a Moto Guzzi and a dirt bike. He recently bought a shiny black porsche breaking local speed limits.
He also loves to play bass guitar in his own band Dogstar. The other two band members are Rob Mailhouse (drums), and Bret Domrose (guitar, vocals). In 2003 Keanu and Rob also joined the band Becky.
More hobbies include horseback riding and surfing both inspired by his own movie roles.

According to a Japanese report Keanu told in an 2003 interview when he was in Japan promoting “The Matrix Reloaded” that he likes eating Ramen. “I already went to a noodle restaurant two times in four days.” Keanu said. “It’s fantastic!
