Sara really didn't sleep, more of a forced rest time. When the sun rose, she felt nothing but numb inside. No one understood what she was going through. Not the kind of loss she was experiencing. Getting dressed in a business attire outfit, she somehow managed to look her best for the dinner meeting she was invited too. Arriving in a timely manner, she had stopped at the host stand seeing her associate she walked over and took a seat with him then. "Good evening."

"I was talking to myself, trying to unwind. Doesn't help that I've been drinking, least I'm home and not driving." Providing a small smirk, allowing her father entry do he could see no one else was there other than herself. Just Sara and a couple of beer bottles present. "I think I'm going to call it a night and try to get some sleep." Knowing she has a busy schedule for the following day.

She nodded her head, hearing movement heading towards her door. Sara watched as Floyd hit the dirt running on cue departing out of her bedroom window instantly. "I'm coming, just a minute." Waiting to make sure Floyd wasn't anywhere inside before moving to open up the door. Showing she was the only one there. "Yes, Daddy?" Looking quite exhausted, beer in hand. She was just trying to unwind before deciding to call it a night.

At the mentioning of her friends, she found it hard not to look at him for a long amount of time. A dinner, he said. Couldn't hurt. "Alright, a dinner and a nice conversation. Do you have a place that you'd like to have dinner at and discuss the future?" She figured, that she at least needed some form of nourishment. Since she had nothing to eat for days on end. Didn't really have that much of an appetite towards food, let alone getting some sleep. She had been up for three days straight, by now and it was showing. She also had this attitude of something bothering her, which it was more than obvious since Floyd picked up on it right off the bat.

Popping the top of her own beer as she took a drink. She needed something stronger, but beggars can't be choosers when there's only beer in the fridge. "Go ahead, you have my attention." She sighed as she moved across the floor, to remove her black veil hanging it up along with her coat along the coat hooks along the wall. Turning around to face him, "I am no longer in the hero business, if that is what you are asking. I got burned, so no. I'm not working in that department." She laughed lightly, "Distraught? That's the understatement of the year. But I guess that's what truly describes how I feel. So yeah, I will go along with that." She was a lot paler than normal, her eyes sunken into the back of her head with very dark circles under her eyes. "Make a living by killing? I have several people in mind that I wouldn't mind handling. But right now.. that will have to wait because I'm not exactly sane mind you. I sound normal, I'm talking to you, but I'm not right in the head. In the killing department however? I'd kill someone without batting an eye. Make them feel, how I feel. No regrets." Taking another drink, as she glanced over to where he was sitting.

Thankfully her mother and sister were out for the rest of the day, leaving the house to her. Having returned home from a late wake, she closed and locked the front door behind her. Dressed head to toe in black, having attended a funeral for someone she cared about. Dropping her keys in her purse as she made her way inside the foyer. Sliding off her shoes on the mud mat, she continued onwards to the kitchen, heading to the fridge. Removing two beers, because she figured she'd need them. Along with something else in a little while. She continued down the long hall towards her bedroom, when she opened the door. She set her purse down beside door, cold beer bottles clinked against one another as she made entry. It was then she realized she wasn't alone. Part of her wanted to know how he got in and at the same time, she figured it was only a matter of time until she met toe to toe with him. She wasn't in the mood to fight. Looking down at the beers in her hand, she offered one towards him in silence. The beers were cold but unopened. In a manner of speaking, it was a gesture towards truce for the time being. Unsure of what he wanted since he had gone as far as breaking and entering into her family home to see her for some reason.
