There is group in the UK calling itself "Black August" that is claiming to be a "splinter cell" of The Gothic Liberation Front. This is an excerpt of a message sent to the UK Central Kommand:
"The offensive would be done in the name of the GLF and would be carried out in your area, what do you think?"
No. Absolutely not. This group has the complete wrong idea regarding what the GLF stands for. We NEVER condone violence and promote self defense ONLY.
It should be known that The Gothic Liberation Front neither condones the actions nor supports any group that would espouse violence for revenge.
If anyone should happen to receive any type of communication from Black August or any group claiming to represent the GLF in any country, it should be forwarded to Central Kommand immediately.
