I'd have multi-coloured syringes. Ones filled with sprinkles, sparkles, and skittles.
And I'd spill the contents in my victim's chest cavities. And leave a tiny minature syringe in their mouths.

I still say syringe, however.
Why's that?
Because more people are afraid of needles than not, including syringes, and definitely doctors.
I'd rather use something that would strike fear into their hearts and cause adrenaline to pule much quicker, than a knife or gun would do.
Or, I could be talking out of my a** to try and prove my point.

I always favoured male specimens which witheld the first initial of either, C, D, A, M, or G(Gabriel and Gregory only). I'm quite picky, to tell you the truth.
