J-Tech 013 is a gruff, quiet scientist. She speaks in short, blunt sentences and has little patience for verbose people. Her superior, 001, frustrates her a bit.

013 delights in her research; her specialty is in studying shape-shifting races, including beings such as werewolves, mermaids, and vampires.

If one gets close to her, however, one might find that she can be quite generous. After all, it is her greatest wish to serve the King of Halloween, and those who carry out a grand holiday spirit catch her attention...
