i cant eat carbs or saturated fat.
and it has to be high in protein. so like yesterday all i had to eat was a jamba juice (a store that makes fruit smoothies in case you didnt know)
and today all i had was this coffee skim milk drink that had like ten grams of protein. so im basically sticking myself on a strict liquid diet because i dont want to eat all that healthy s**t

aww slimfast i had to be on that diet thing when i had my wisdom teeth pulled.
it was ok for the first week i had all the flavors i even had these ice cream sandwich things.
but three or so weeks into it i started dumping the cans down the sink because i was so sick of it.
