and not just that Gamestop is closing like 50% of their stores nationwide (not literally but it feels like that much) and Amazon is letting go of a ******** load of their workers too. So now I'm competing with competent employees in my field but also new ones who think they can just come in and get high for 8hrs a day and go home. So it makes it even harder

the one by me when i went in and spoke to the manager said that and i quote
"not only do you have half a decade of cannabis experience so that alone disqualifies you from working for McDonald's as we are a Drug Free company and that alone proves you smoke marijuana, but also you're last 3 jobs are Inventory Management for entire warehouses. You are over qualified"
oh i know and that's why i blocked him and that dipshit he was arguing with
