All right, as per your request, here's some good animes I don't think you've seen:

1) Air -- I've shown you an AMV based on this one. Drama/humor mix.

2) Mushi-shi -- seems this one gets good after the story is set up. It's pretty high in the top ten list.

3) Witch Hunter Robin -- lots of gun slinging, demon fighting goodness. Older series, but nice animation.

4) Rune Soldier -- fantasy based humor series.

5) The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya -- supernatural fighters who can dance. In the top ten list right now on Anime News Network.
