I am afraid that I do not have much time for pleasantries, we are terribly behind schedule yet again due to a certain redheaded nuisance and at a time when we are already quite unstaffed, not that this is a new problem. However you are here to learn more about me no doubt, so let’s begin, and quickly please.

My name is William T. Spears; I am a supervisor from the Dispatch Management Division of the Shinigami in the London branch. This means I work a great deal with paperwork as well as with the dispatchers who work for me. And since we are always understaffed, I also end up going out on missions regularly myself as well.
