Sorry for not responding before; I just saw this comment so I must have of missed it.
I fish a lot. It takes 1k of one specific large fish to make one specific rare. That's the only way to make them. The other way to get them would be buying them from other people or catching them which you would have to be extremely lucky to get one. I have only caught 4 in like 7-8years so chances are slim. And lastly, there are some fishing bundles that drop rare fish, but I don't remember the name of those. sweatdrop I do remember they were like 15T+ those bundles which is insane, but that's because of the Diamondback Lion being the most expensive rare so far because of Alchemy.
