I have the distinct feeling that my husband has a lot more fun than your brother does, at least in some ways. Of course...he also gets into a lot more trouble. Your Weirdmageddon was global. Ours was multiversal, with multiple timeline collapses.


((My Ford's not on Gaia, sadly. I run a panfandom RP on Kintsugi, and I play both Valiska and Ford but their other partner is played by someone else. Weirdmageddon caused people from different universes to end up in the same few places...))

To be perfectly honest, Ford and I haven't used any entheogens since Weirdmageddon. Too busy! and also, I'm pregnant.

But before that we were known to indulge.

I talked to your brother and he's surprisingly drug-free. I had rather the impression that all the theoretical physicists and parapsychologists spent most of the 1970s "tripping balls" with the exception of some of the Backupsmore faculty for whom it was closer to 100% of the time!

I don't have a very good impression of America I am afraid. Might start with the part where they blackmailed my husband into helping elect Reagan and now they have Trump. I might actually condone the use of the tie on him, just to keep the planet from blowing up.

The Stan I know is less fond of weed than you. I am an alchemist. I make tinctures! My husband doesn't care for drugs unless they open up his mind and give him new insights into higher realities. I grow a lot of mushrooms, too.

The Stan I know is a perfect match for my older sister, who is the madam of a very upscale escort service and used to be one of the Real Housewives of La Cyr. Ford is always butting heads with him over the fact that yes, I swear a lot and in front of the kids (they're 13, they've heard it before) but I don't have some of the kinds of racy conversations he and my sister have had where they could be overheard by Mabel, Dipper and all three of her kids when they were drinking. Which is often. (I don't understand the appeal of Scotch, but then I'm a cat.)

So--honestly, there isn't much I'd have been surprised to hear come out of your mouth, either way! I swear I once caught both of them hitting on a friend of ours, but it was all "deniable".

During Weirdmageddon, a giant goat (I'm not asking, although Star Butterfly swears the transportation service on Mewni runs on giant goats) butted "you" out of your back yard in dimension 46 and into my rose garden on dimension 52. Where he ran into my older sister in the process of dumping a body (unbeknownst to me, he shot a guy who was trying to kill me when I decided to follow Bill's traces through the dimensions in the belief that my missing husband would probably be wherever Bill was. (I didn't know that "you" were actually the kidnapper, not Bill, only that my husband disappeared out of his lab at the university which then blew up and people were trying to frame me for that.)

During Weirdmageddon they went to Parkati, where they slew some dragons ("you" punched one in the nose) and then to Night Vale where poor Carlos Ramirez was very surprised that the "Stanford Pines" he had called had only five fingers, although I'm told "you" did a credible job with the math.

My sister also took on Pyronica (and that didn't go so well for her, but she did survive thanks to Severin -- our other partner--whom we met during Weirdmageddon.)

I'm glad your Bill is a lot calmer and more reasonable than the one we got. Although I suppose I am also glad that Stanford left him. redface

By the way, are the cops in your Gravity Falls as dumb as Durland and Blubbs?

Also I have only once seen our Stanley as drunk as he pretends he is. He likes people to think he's drunk so he can cheat them. And we love him for it.
