Hotaru is currently dressed up to look like Auryn, an original character of mine who has a penchant for being irritating but also clever and amusing. As most dragons can, she is able to transform into human-like form but though she can change most features such as horns and ears (which she hasn't bothered to change here), she is unable to change the color of her hair, which represents the color of her Kelly Green scales.

Ah well, no one's perfect.
