aww, s**t, my dad burned the potatoes in the oven. who the hell bakes potatoes in the oven??? i swear, sometimes i wonder if i'm getting old ya know? that feeling in my room when its pitch black and death silent, and you come to realize, no matter how hard you try to avoid the thought, that you're not always gonna be conscious... i know i'm still young, but the clock is always ticking... all those hours i tried to pass by quickly to wait for something that was temporary... those hours.. they're gone forever... forever. and how can i be sure that i actually exist??? i mean, time is an illusion! time goes faster under higher levels of gravity, it's PROVEN! what the hell are we??? and how do i know if this keyboard is even real??? how do i know that my sister is who i think she is??? and how do blind people experience the world? what do they think when they hear the word PURPLE? and what does the word sky mean to THEM??? how could someone ''see it all''??? not only do illusions take over our senses, but our MINDS! do you really think an autistic patient really knows that they're different? what if I'M an autistic little boy in a wheelchair, drooling on my shoulder, my peers giggle and laugh at my misfortune, and in the meantime, i truly believe that i'm a normal teen? And what about aliens? if they're not in this universe, what about a different universe??? what about a different DIMENSION??? what if we see two-dimensional objects every day, on out own little rock, but assume they are mere nerves flashing on the eyesight, or simply bugs we can never find when we look again! what if they can see us, but we can't see THEM? what if instead of returning to oblivion when you die, you move on to the next dimension? and what if your loved ones can see, and follow you around to whatever you do and wherever you go, but you cannot sense them? and how do you know that, when you've had a near-death experience, that you actually lived... for all you know, you could BE dead... in an ongoing dream.......


would it be better to be conscious when you die, or be oblivious, as you once were before you were born? my own theory is: if you had no consciousness before your existence, then, as you decompose, your consciousness will ultimately dissipate along with your remains.... but am i right? perhaps our consciousness is recycled... then where did they come from? and from what? or perhaps it is a strange, undetectable chemical reaction that builds up a consciousness. yet, inevitably, there is not enough space for the expanding toll. god dammit, now i sound religious!!! >: anyway, my point is simple... these potatoes are ******** nasty.
