There's no way I couldn't not mean Chamber of Secrerts Tom Riddle. HBP Riddle is... a joke. Sure, more creepy, but he's not supposed to be creepy until after he makes Ravenclaw's diadem a horcrux. No. Riddle is supposed to be smokin' hot, because that's the only way he can gain followers..... So that's probably not true, but it'd be enough for me.
And, yeah. Draco is magnificent. There was one movie where he just looked really weird though... It had to have been Order of the Phoenix. I only say that because I can't remember what he looks like at all in that movie.
