Welcome! My username is a combo of Heichou (Which is Japanese for Captain, First class in the Military and Navy) and the SFX Chuu.I like anime and manga a whole lot, and tend to get really invested in one at a time. I tend to get very excited about it, so I tend to blather. Please let me know if I get annoying.
