I spend an hour every morning trying to make myself look pretty even though i can't.
I hate when people who say they are my friends talk about me behind my back, when they tell me to my face they don't. Don't lie to me.
As much as i say i don't care what people think about me, i really do care. i'm shallow enough to need everyone's approval, and i crave attention.
I usually feel neglected even though i'm not. and i know i need to suck it up and get over it.
All i really want in life is someone to tell me i'm pretty ,to call me in the morning just to make sure i get off to school okay, to call me to tell me goodnight, to sing me the sweetest songs, and to text me thoughout the day to let me know that i mean something to them. Someone who won't be a huge waste of time, who shares hobbies, likes the same music but can show me new songs, and accepts me how i am. Someone who cares.
I don’t know why we all hang on to something we know we’re better off letting go. It’s like we’re scared to lose what we don’t really even have. Some of us say we’d rather have something than nothing at all, but the truth is to have something halfway is harder than not having it at all.
