Billy should be easy.
He just wants it with a Zero shirt..which could just be drawn like the black shirts with a silver star in the middle..and then just silver pants & black shoes.

As for Jimmy..you know what he looks like so whatever you decide to draw with it is ok. ;]

Hopefully I'm not overloading you with it..I'm trying to make it as easy as possible. ;x
