Hi, my name is Genis Sage! I'm a fourteen-year-old half-elf who was born in Heimdall - the elf village in Tethe'alla - and raised in Iselia - a small town in Sylvarant. I am 4 foot 11 inches [151 centimeters] tall and weigh 88 pounds [40 kilograms]. I use a kendama - which does not exactly do much damage, unless Lloyd or my other friends get a hold of it and try to use it. I really just use it to concentrate on my magic spells. I also have an exsphere that came from Marble, an elderly woman that I used to visit at the Desian Human Ranch that was right outside of Iselia. I like to study, cook, and travel the world with my friends. I cannot stand a lot of humans, pure blood elves, and even half elves. I know that my hate will only lead towards more hate and prejudice, but sometimes it's really hard. Luckily, I have my friends to help me get over things like that.

Lloyd: ...Was the kendama invented by half-elves or something?
Colette: Is it okay if I try, too?
Me: Sure.
Colette: Here I go...Hiyah! Yah! Tah!...Ah!
Lloyd: Uh oh, it's going to hit the Professor again!
Mithos: ...Look out!
Me: What?! The kendama just changed directions!
Lloyd: ...Right toward Zelos'...
Colette: ...Head.
Zelos: Owww! Why are kendamas raining on me?!
Colette: That was strange.
Me: I wonder if it was Colette's power.
Mithos: Strange things happen sometimes, don't they? But I'm glad Raine wasn't hurt.
Zelos: What, so I don't matter? *Sob* *Sob*

Relationships
Lloyd Irving: Lloyd has been, and will always be, my best friend. =D He was the first human to ever really approach Raine and me, even after finding out that we had been lying about being pureblood elves. He is strong in every aspect - well, maybe not so much intellectually. He was there for everyone during the Journey to World Regeneration and even if he was running away after being blamed for the attack on Palmacosta, I know he would never do something like that and had to have had a good reason to be so distant.
Colette Brunel: Colette is like a sister. She is always excited and can be a klutz at times, but she has been through a lot. I often felt like me being a half-elf made things a little harder for her, so if anyone ever insults her or something bad happens, I'm always right there to back her up, just as she is for me. =]
Raine Sage: Raine worries me a lot. She can't cook without putting someone out of commission for hours and she can't really defend herself while casting magic [neither can I]. Still, she is one of the strongest people I know. She raised me since the day I was born, when our mother left us at the Otherworldly Gate and has faced prejudices for being a half-elf even longer than I have. She rarely speaks up if something is bothering her, but is always the first to ask me if I seem bothered. I can't ever hide anything from her. And then there's the fact that she's a ruin maniac. . . ^___^U
Kratos Aurion: Kratos is Lloyd's real father. He was working for Cruxis the whole time he helped Colette on the Journey to World Regeneration, but I think he was really trying to get to know Lloyd. He's a great swordsman and his battle lessons made Lloyd much stronger than he was when we had to leave Iselia.
Sheena Fujibayashi: I really didn't like Sheena too much at the beginning. I mean, she was sent to Sylvarant in order to hurt Colette! Of course, as we got further into our journey, I realized that she was just trying to protect her own world. She's also a really strong summoner.
Zelos Wilder: Ugh, I can't stand this guy! D=< Zelos is the stupid, perverted, womanizing Chosen of Tethe'alla. The one good thing about him is that he's willing to help anyone, regardless of their race. Other than that, he just an idiot! And he really should stop calling me a brat!
Presea Combatir: U-uhhhm. . Pr-Presea's really nice! And really pr-pretty. . . and str-stong! I l-like her a l-lot, but I don't kn-know how she f-feels. She doesn't talk too much, so anything she does say is pr-pretty important. .///.
Regal Bryant: Regal is connected to Presea through her younger sister Alicia, who he had to kill when her exsphere made her change. He was in some kind of relationship with Alicia, even though she was much younger, so sometimes I feel like he might like Presea the same way. =[ And then, for a while, I thought he was after sis! Still, he's not a bad guy. He is the president of the Lezareno company so he has a lot of influence of the Tethe'allans. He can also cook, maybe even a little better than me.
Mithos Yggdrasill: Mithos. . was a really good friend. . . He was my first, and so far only, half-elf friend. We saved him from being crushed by debris in Ozette and took him to Altessa's so he had somewhere to stay. Right away, we connected since we understood what each other had been through. I really wanted to believe in him, so much to the point that I would not even tell Lloyd or Raine that I thought he was Yggdrasill. -sigh- I just wish there was something I could have done to save him and bring back Martel without using a Chosen as her vessel. I'm sure she wouldn't have wanted that. Lately, though, I've found myself thinking about Mithos more than usual. It's weird, but I think my feelings for him are kind of similar to how I feel for Presea - only I never got really nervous around him.
Emil Castagnier: Emil is a really brave guy. While I never agreed with his initial hate towards Lloyd, he was easy to get along with. Like Raine has her "Ruin Mode", Emil went into "Ratatosk Mode", mainly in battle. Of course, we found out that this was because he was actually Ratatosk in Aster's body. Still, Emil is Emil and he's a good friend to have on our side.
Marta Lualdi: Marta was surprised to find out that Raine and I are half-elves. She feared half-elves, just like most people, because of stories about Cruxis and the horrible things they did. However, we actually got along pretty well right away. She's always having romantic thoughts, that get me thinking about Presea - and even Mithos. I'll admit. She likes to tease me about Presea, since I blush really easily.
Tenebrae: Tenebie is really interesting. Like Raine and Emil, he has his own mode - he is a darkness maniac. He usually has some really strange ideas that none of us can understand, but he is really cool when he transforms.
