Fujin is a young woman with pale skin, short, silver hair with an eye patch over her left eye. She is a member of Balamb Garden's disciplinary committee with Seifer and Raijin, and the three of them form a close friendship; even though Seifer eventually leaves their little group. Fuujin prefers to speak in concise sentences often with a single word, such as "RAGE!", "LIES!", "MOVE", "AFFIRMATIVE". However, towards the end of the game, she explains to Squall that she temporarily breaks ties with Seifer due to his recent behavior. In battle, Fujin uses a blue chakram as her weapon and exercises wind based magic.
