My Happy Life in Hinamizawa.

Mii...my name is Furude Rika, although most of my friends call me Rika-chama. I'm the head of the Furude house, and I live with my best friend Satoko, since both of our parents are gone. I feel bad for Satoko, but as for me, I don't mind that my parents aren't here anymore, because I have all my wonderful friends to be my family! I don't have any reason to be sad either, because everything and everyone around me is happy, and content with living enjoying their normal lives day by day. We all love the carefree Hinamizawa, even if it is just a little village with nothing to do. That's because everyone in Hinamizawa looks out for eachother, so we're never really alone. Well, I would tell you more, but Satoko and I have run out of soy sauce, and I need to go shopping to get some more. Bye bye!

My Neverending Labyrinth of a Life in Hinamizawa.

Nearly everything I told you above is a lie. I am not happy or content with my life, and it is anything but normal. In my life, I am always dying. That doesn't make much sense, does it? But it's truth. In June of 1983, the day of Watanagashi, or a couple of days afterwards, I will die. This will not be the end of me though. People say, as the head of the Furude house, I am the reincarnation of the vengeful god, Oyashiro-sama, and can forsee the future. They are only half right. Oyashiro-sama (She is actually a very shy god, and quite powerless.) has the ability to revive me, and put me in a new world, in a new Hinamizawa. I am able to remember some things (Though the amount grows lesser every revival.), but never my death. I want to know who kills me so much. Who tears my stomach open and rips out my intestines until I die. But I can never remember. NEVER. Maybe if I did remember, I could live a normal life with my happy friends, and always be content. But instead I am trapped inside this labyrinth with a powerless god, who, though being the reason I can live on, is not a very exciting companion.
