I'm sure it will work out. Mods don't have a chance to do much research when they get a report. It is sad that the BahnHammer comes down so often on innocent people. If someone makes a report and it is found to be false, the person who made the report should get a bahn, or something. People shouldn't lie.

As I always say, If you have all your bad luck in one day, you are bound to have a great rest of the week. Type it out when you get the chance. Just be sure to save it and go back later to read it again before you send it. It is better to put a few hours between typing and sending as it will give you time to straighten out your thoughts and a chance to double check it is polite. It will all work out.

It will be fine. Stay calm, grab a bite to eat and then calmly type out to the mods. Tell them you can provide the works in progress files for any images they believe you stole. it will be alright. This is just going to take time to clear is all.

Good. Do your best. I'm sure they will listen. You have all the files from the works in progress to show that you didn't steal any art. If the scam charge is part of the art theft charge then proving you didn't steal the art will proof you didn't scam anyone. That is, unless it is a different accusation for something not related to the art. I have no idea how to deal with that if it is. I doubt it though. People like to tack on more then one charge for the same thing. You will get cleared.
