Here’s a little about myself.
I am an undergraduate at Northern Michigan University. Like most college students, I use my major to describe myself. I am an English Graduate Bound Major and a History Major. I’m not sure where I’m going to graduate school yet, but I’m thinking somewhere on the east coast. If you have any suggestions for me, I’d love to hear them. The University of Virginia sounds particularly appealing. I am hoping to go into Medieval Studies with a focus on Arthurian Literature. I also hope to get my PhD and teach at a university of some kind. Though, lately, I’m thinking about giving it all up and just becoming a professional dog trainer.
When I’m not studying (which isn’t very often) I can be found reading, watching Lost or The Big Bang Theory, working at the Writing Center, or participating in Fencing Club (rarely), Sigma Tau Delta (the English Honors Society), Phi Alpha Theta (the History Honors Society) or the Creative Writer’s Club.

my tumblr.I was born in Lower Michigan and then moved to the U.P. for college. I wish I could have been born a Yooper. Everyone up here is fantastic. I am in love with the Great Lakes, which is why I moved to the coast of Lake Superior. It is pretty awesome to live in Marquette. I’d recommend visiting here if you ever get the chance, especially during our yearly dog sled race.
