By the grace of God, I am saved through faith. Through the faith which is a gift from God Himself, I live to serve Him. And, this life of servitude was not due to anything I've done or decided by my "free will," but was due to Him who gave me His unmerited grace. Therefore, I cannot boast in anything I've done, but I boast completely in Christ. To suggest that I had anything to do with it would be an insult to God. Sola Scriptura (by Scripture alone,) sola gratia (by grace alone,) sola fide (by faith alone,) solo Christo (in Christ alone,) et soli Deo gloria (and for the glory of God alone,) Amen.

Face the true Report | 10/02/2009 8:44 pm: Hello, I hope you don't mind random comments but...By chance I stumbled upon your profile and a conversation that you had with someone through comments. Being an extremely curious person by nature, I read the entire conversation. I wanted to commend you on your faith and trust in God and following his word. It is easy to pick from His word the things that come easy and follow and claim them as faith. It is true faith to take the commands that are difficult, such as confronting other believers, and put them into action. I want to thank you for using the Word in proper context and to its intended meaning. I feel in my heart that you wrote out of true intent of love and the desire to help and then had claims of following God's love thrown back in your face. It saddens me when people proclaim to love when showing kindness but do not fully grasp what love is. Even 1 Corinthians talks of works done in kindness but being without love are pointless. For it is when we truly understand that God IS love we realize that any actions we do, regardless of intent or hope of good will, without Him being in control are done without love. Thank you for showing God's love.

Also taking a look at your signature made me want to take a look at your profile and I commend you Sir, for standing firm to your beliefs. I can now take away thinking that maybe I can also be bold enough to state My Firm belief in God.
