one year for a smme vacation, we went to myrtle beach in N carolina and I jumped into a pool (we had a pool AND an ocean, crazy right?) and almost drowned in its deep end (I was only like 5 and wasn't a good swimmer). I also got owned by a huge wave and threw up. It was a GREAT 2 weeks XP

And i like the lake. The beach is good for winter tho, cuz there are beaches still open in the winter.

I prefer Kayaking, Tubing and swimming in water that doesn't burn the s**t out of a cut.
