I am

I am the light upon your path when you have lost your way.
I am the footprints in the sand the ocean’s tide can’t wash away.
I am the shelter from the storm that rages on and on.
The incorruptible foundation that the wise man builds upon.
I am the bread that feeds a starving woman upon the street.
I am the bounty on the table in the palace at the feast.
I am the rain upon the earth after a scorching drought.
I am the the quenching of the thirst you never thought you’d be without.
I am the melody that weaves it’s way inside your soul.
I am the symphony, the masterpiece, the actor’s greatest role.
I am the poetry that speaks to you with every rhyme.
I am the songwriter who seems to write your life in every line.
I am the simple truths that shaped your world from your birth.
I am the vast volumes of knowledge spanning all across the earth.
I am the whisper of the wind you feel but cannot see.
I am the trusting child whose simple faith is never even seen.
I am the loyal friend whose heart will never let you down.
I am the hand that pulls you back into the boat before you drown.
I am the crimson stain that catches all the souls destined to fall.
I am the one who bled in silence and still endured it all.

I am just a lost soul saved by an angel.

my info

For some reason you want to know who I am so here it goes.
I'm 20. I'm engaged to Solais Spade, the first name on my friends list. I have a birth mark on the back of my knee in the shape of a spade, hence my obsession. I tend to be hard to get along with at times. I've had a rough life but refuse to talk about it. I tend to hate anyone who wishes they were emo. I don't understand why someone would want to be hated by the whole community, it takes real pain to make a real emo and these kids who think their life is horrible all the while having their loving parents buy them the newest "emo trend" clothing make me sick. I've been called "The Duke of Music" by the people I know. I know a lot of bands and a lot of stuff about those bands. Ask anyone who's ever talked to me and they'll tell you that I outdid them in musical knowledge. Music is all I ever do. I recently left the local metal band known as "Plastic Flowers" to form my own band with a slightly heavier sound known as "Hunting Hamlet" in which I've decided to follow my role model Alexi and play lead guitar as well as screaming. My fiance' is the lead vocalist and that voice of hers makes me melt. I'm currently playing an Ibanez RG 220B. I'm into metal mainly, but I'm always up for learning about new bands if you wanna chat about em and let me know about something good I'll be willing to listen if by the off chance I've never heard of it. My playlist is limited to one song per band to keep it in order so if you see a double please let me know so I can fix it. It covers most of the bands I listen to but a lot of them aren't available to put on the playlist. You can get an idea of who I am just by listening to it. I've created a second because my first one was maxed out. Ive also got a youtube account dedicated to music if you'd like to check it out. The links in my signature.

Okay let me think.. My personal favorites of what I do...
Favorite Band is Avenged Sevenfold
Favorite Male Vocalist is Matt Smith
Favorite Female Vocalist is Alissa White-Gluz
Favorite Guitarist is Alexi "Wildchild" Laiho
Favorite Bassist is Frederic Leclercq
Favorite Drummer is Joey Jordison

I think that about covers it unless I completely missed something....

Does history guide you or do you set out to change it?

When all is said and done this world is an unknowable place. On the surface all appears rational, orderly. But what lies beyond that thin veneer of reason? Civility and reality? Or chaos and madness? What are we really made of in the end? Is there truly any meaning to the lives we lead? Or are we nothing more than hollow vessels? These are questions we can never answer because we can not hope to see beyond the worlds fragile layer of skin. So we live our lives filled with uncertainty never knowing who or what we truly are or what the future will bring. All we can do is imagine. Life becomes an unsolvable mystery with any number of twists and turns awaiting us. And thats enough to fill any soul with terror. Its not necessarily the uncertainty that makes us fearful, its more than that. The answers we imagine are what really frighten us. Imagination is where all our fear originates. It is the mother of terror and mankinds greatest weakness. Pain in the present can be dealt with. Its imagining future pain that hurts us the most, it terrifies us. Pain and death are not so frightening really unless you let your imagination run away with you. Because of this I have decided not to imagine anymore.

the human race

Humans are shameless creatures that carelessly ignore any misfortune which does not befall them directly. They can, and often do, turn a blind eye to all manner of wickedness so long as it does not touch them or their kin. They will bow their heads, condemning those victims for bringing calamity upon themselves, and then they will cast their eyes towards heaven in thanks while their neighbors lay dying around them. When the peace they take for granted is shattered and broken perhaps then they will comprehend the misfortunes they so long pretended not to see. I have no pity for them.
Epitaph Spade
Iolite Tarmikos

Monsters are real,
they live inside us,
and sometimes
they win.

We have made
the present
obsolete. We
have seen the
fall of the
elite. We'll
end the world
when all
hope is gone.
