Elric

Beginnings

The final Emperor of the fallen nation of Melnibone, Elric has roamed in search of his true purpose in life. He has drifted from place to place, finally settling in Daclicyn Manor.

Elric's travels have taken him through hundreds of trying experiences, he has slain a woman he loved, and all of the people he ruled over, he razed his home city to the ground, and has travelled through The Ages inadvertanly aiding the Balance. His travels have also brought great physical stress upon his as well.

*An eruption of Fire and Ice Explodes from Elric, a grisly entity, of unknown origin stands before the shattered corpse*

THE FOOL HE WAS NEVER QUITE UP TO PAR WITH MY DESIGNS, IT IS A SHAME THOUGH, SUCH A BEING GOING TO WASTE. I MAY YET HAVE A USE FOR HIM.

*With a wave of his hand, the creature renews the corpse and Elric is born again, although he shows obvious signs of his resurrection*


-------Bakal {banished}

An almost demonic creature, Bakal is truly an elemental guardian from the plane of Fire. His fires are magical and do not damage he does not wish it to, usually his immediate surroundings. Bakal rises to the surface whenever Elric begins to feel threatened or angered by a situation. Elric never recalls any actions made by this Guardian.


-------Melnon {banished}

A creature of the earth, Melnon provides an almost impregnable, though immobile defense for Elric in times of extreme duress or simply not wanting to end anything to quickly. He emerges only when Bakal does not feel like dealing with a problem at hand or if Bakal summons him to give him time to rest. As with Bakal, Elric has no recollections of this Guardians actions.


-------Wooiooshingon {banished}

A winged creature, Wooiooshingon has a perpetual fog around him when he is on the ground, and a cloud cover that obscures all view of him. He is an emissary from the Air Elementals and is taking residence in Elric's soul. He appears whenever he feels, having no conscious ties to Elric, but protecting him nonetheless as Elric is his vessel. Elric never even communicates with this being, let alone recall its actions.


-------Kelknir {banished}

The only Guardian that Elric ever recalls becoming or acting through. Kelknir is an elemental being of Ice and takes on the same form as Elric does naturally but his skin is a lighter blue and his hair is frozen. Kelknir's combat tactics consist of circling his opponents on his icy feet, which allow him to circle them at an ever increasing speed. This technique allows him to unleash a continuous stream of attacks at minimal risk to his person. Kelknir is an untiring entity but respects Elric's wish to rest. While Kelknir uses his form, Elric rests in his own soul. Kelknir is Elric''s preferred Guardian form.


-------Balakolgamoth {Slain and banished}

A being unknown to Elric, Balakolgamoth was the Demon who erupted from Elric as a result of his sins in life. Out of pragmatism he returned Elric to life, seemingly renewed, but in reality only returned to life with a single task on his mind. He also imbued Elric with four guardians and currently resides in his sword unbeknownst to all...


-------Torch of the Fathers {disappeared when Balakolgamoth was slain}

A sword of unknown origin, to the best of Elric's knowledge, the sword has never betrayed him and he can feel energy coursing into him through the weapon at all times. The weapon is constantly wreathed in flames of the same properties as Bakal's flames and causing harm only when desired. It is always on Elric's person, even when not in his normal two forms.

A new beginning

Slain by the self-righteous Gerek, Balakolgamoth and his fellow Guardians were forced to leave their Vessel, Elric. Elric has grown vastly weaker from the experience but maintains his keen abilities with a sword and a touch of sorcery. Discovering he is now alone in himself, Elric has grown more cautious of how events unfold, not wanting to be truly alone in a harsh world.

Gerek {Potentially recurring}

A self-righteous warrior, Gerek thinks and sees only the evil reside in all life, he has been known to slay angels with only minimal cause at best, he constanly battles demons and seeks to remove all of their possessive folk from the various planes, he aims to acheive this with a medallion given to him by a close friend.
