When in men's clothes she look very similar to Arthur, more slender but that can't be said when she's alone. Also she have long hairs, but keep in ponytail, or under hat. Her hair colour is a little hard to describe, it's very light red, a little like carrot red, but have some blond reflexes, looks like shiny gold under sun or most of other sources of light. She also have freckles creating cute line across her cheeks and nose, and typical for Kirkland brows, though not that big. Have black tattoo showing typical for Celtic decorations curves, placed on her back just above hips. Knew exactly what Canada feels, though no one hit her...yet.

Likes: Singing, cooking, reading books outside, sightseeing, sketching, working in garden, dragons.

Dislike: „Whales“ jokes, being mistaken with Arthur, being reminded of early childhood, too much physical contact (unless it’s family member or close friend)

Pet: - Cŵn Annwn, the spectral hounds of Annwn. Know in England as Black Dogs. This particular one is female, and isn't harmful. She's benevolent ghost, that watch over Eileen and protect her from malicious ghosts and spirits. Her name is Tirion, what means gentle in Welsh. She watched over colonies too. Isn't really a pet, rather old friend who shows from time to time.

-Sheep. This animal is Eileen's pet. Unusually small, Adwen is like mascot, that Wales sometimes carries around, that look a little like Canada and Kuma.

Personality:
A bit sarcastic at times. Easily blushing, she's not the best with social relations. She's nice when known better, but can be a bit awkward towards new people , and appears a little cold and even bitchy. In childhood she was a little like Hungary, especially toward Arthur. Eileen feels quite comfortable either in man and woman clothes. She hate seeing Arthur drunk, because he make idiot of himself when in that state, and worries when he’s sad, because of that Eileen didn’t talk to America for quite a long time, even was ready to go and beat poor ex-colony into bloody pulp. From other hand she's a little mad at Arthur when it comes to neglecting Sealand, though after seeing how happy Peter is with his Nordic family, she stopped worrying about him. Her relationship with Scotland is quite strange, it's good, yet at times bad, and she's afraid of her older brother when he's drunk. If it comes to Ireland she always liked him and had good relations with. He even gave her her name. Like England she believe in magic and mystic creatures. Also she drink, like other siblings, though try not to get drunk, but with that family it's almost impossible. From time to time her independent, tomboyish self kicks in, she argues with Arthur at that time, mostly about him being overworked. But she really care about all her family.

Background story:
Eileen appeared shortly after Arthur. First their relationship doesn't even exist. Then it started to be base on fighting over border lands. Unlike England, Wales was under Ireland care for a short time, because of her weak condition. Arthur felt like being abandoned by his siblings and his relations with Eileen went all wrong. Because Scotland bullied him, like other older brother, who was busy taking care over their little sister. After being left by Ireland, Wales tried to keep peace with England. It doesn't changed the fact that those two were rather hostile towards each other. She had to deal with multiple bosses because of horrible system of inheritance, and didn't much care about England. At that time she had problems with Vikings, more specific , Danes. Eileen didn't received any help from her brothers and dealt with the invaders by herself. When Vikings stopped to be her greatest problem, she made peace and alliance with them, first with Danish, then Norwegian, to protect her lands from Anglo-Saxon's army. Eileen felt like being abandoned by her family, and even felt jealous when France took care about Arthur. During those years she have grown and became stronger as leaders started to rule larger and larger parts of country. Soon sickness weakened her and she fell as an easy prey for England. Although Eileen recovered fast from that failure and struck back, pushing her brother back to his lands and taking over some of his territory. Between those two grew a lot of hate and hostility, especially since England assassinated her last king. He won another war and conquered Wales. After some time she rebelled against England, regaining some of her old lands and held grip on them for some time. Sadly Arthur defeated Wales again. From that day she lived with her older brother. Arthur's home were shaking from argues and fights. Then another war began. Eileen was fighting at England's side, still dreaming about regaining independence. When his boss annexed Eileen's lands, erasing with that term "Wales" and making her "England". England was mad as hell when she started to complain and argue over annexation over and over again, and put her under home arrest. To annoy him, Eileen began to dress like a man, and even act like one, especially when they were outside. Arthur somehow accustomed to it. Slowly argues were breaking less often, and old, hostile tension begin to fade. When Arthur calmed down, he gave his sister present to show his better side, also began to teach her English. They still had a lot of argues going on, though some of them turned to be originating from pure concern, like Wales being mad at England for his careless acts at battlefield and that she had to tend his wounds. Eileen accompanied her brother on battlefields and political meetings. In that way Arthur could keep an eye on his sister, of course until his patience run short and Wales was send back home (with much scolding on the way). She helped him raise all colonies. At that point she stopped protesting when Arthur went to war leaving her at home with kids. When children grow up to point when they could take care of themselves when their older "siblings" were away, she again began to accompany Arthur everywhere.
America's rebellion hurt Wales as much as England, or maybe even more (she had to live with him and deal with his depression over that). Though Eileen forgave Alfred faster then Arthur.
After World War II (1955) England's boss de-annexed Wales. Returning that way her right to use term "Wales" when speaking about herself and term "England" when she speak about her brother.
