i'm in year 11 and my appoimonet was changed to the day i go bk so i'm missing out important info like my time table and planner and other stuff i need grrr , wow pee'ing that much stink just dont open the window or might get pee in side :S lol

Well, honey is not just sugar. It's actually one of the most nutritious foods you can get. So when you eat sugar your body uses enzymes to digest it, taking away from your resource pool, without replacing it. But honey on the other hand, has the most of those natural enzymes of any food on the planet, per calorie, I guess, don't know the standard of measurement for the basis of this claim. Honey is better for you. Sugar is literally harms you. Depending on how you would like to view the resource snatching it does to you. Harm is a debatable term in that sentence.
