sorry i feel bad necro-ing ur thread so im just gonna reply abt fish stuff here ahaha

it SUCKS abt the Q.T. tank situation :/ i only have QT tanks bc i muscled them onto the sales floor pffff
we aren't allowed [just my store, not petcos in general] to keep a QT tank in the back or else i would do that
so i have one for goldfish, one for tropical. i rarely have issues with cichlids getting sick but if it DID happen, i'd make a separate one for them too rofl
i'm amazed that you guys get to use melafix though!!!!!!!!!

that's the one major gripe i have against petco--they don't let us use actual medicine on the fish ://
i have to use this herbal crap that's not even pimafix or melafix
meanwhile i've got fish with dropsy & bloat that need like, methelyne blue or furan-2 and all i can do is pour in herbal s**t & pray cry
