Sorry it took me so long to get off work honey. Weekends are always busy and I tend to get off later than I expect. No work tomorrow so I'm free apart from going to the gym. smile Can't wait to hear from you heart heart

I recently just did the Warrior Dash, only a 5k, but ots of fun, and they had this obstacle where you had to swim out to these buoys and pull yourself up onto them, luckily there was rope netting to help yourself up, when in past years there wasn't. It was weird actually having to swim though, I've only had to do that in the Spartan Sprint. I'm very excited for the tough mudder, the only other obstacle that really worries me is the half pipe because I'm such a clutz and I'm always worried I'm going to fall and really hurt myself.

Yeah, I think the worst part about the water is that your body is all warmed up and going and then it cools down, sounds like cramp city, but the high knees suggestion is great! I'm happy to hear the shocks aren't as bad as I thought they were going to be. I don't know if there was any gas last year at the Chicago race, I'll have to ask my friend who did it.

I'm not much taller, 5'6'' at most. Heights are always a problem for me, I hate vertical walls that you have to jump over mostly. I'm pretty nervous for the cold water dive and the shock lines at the end, my aunt did it last year and said getting shocked wasn't bad, but getting in the cold water was awful. I don't want to skip any obstacles, I want to earn it!
