Alright, well.. If I reply, I have to ask a question first.

Does that have to do with her powers somehow? Same with her knowing all of that stuff about Jake. Related to her abilities?
And more out of curiosity, what would be so "painful", and why would he have to sit so still?

Well in the current situation, I can't think of anything for Jake to say except
a) responding to Fae's impressive observation skills
b) reacting to Nola eating his food
c) some unoriginal flirty stuff

Read your post and liked it x3 I'm going to start on Jake, though, before going for Cedric again. I want to give the other AW characters time to find their twins, and then everyone can move on to the rest of the dance.

By the way, thought this was funny. When you said in your Fae post, the "steadfast tin soldier", I admittedly didn't get the reference, so I had to look it up, and when wiki said it was a fairy tale about "a tin soldier's love for a paper ballerina", I found myself going "awwww ;^;" I'm a major sucker for love stories like that. Total opposites who seemingly can't work out, falling in love anyway ;o;
I must read this fairy tale now /o/
