The first chapter on the book I'm writing.......
Werewolves!!
Chapter 1
"ARROOOOOOOOOO!" Screamed one of the silvery wolves triumphantly as the rest of the pack closed in on me.
I tried to scream as one jumps on top of me, it's jaws were wide open so I could see it's drooling mouth filled with razor sharp teeth which glittered in the silvery, full moon, but all I could manage was a weak squeak.
I heard a rustling in the bushes behind me. I smiled, hoping it was the police or someone who could help. The wolves stopped and looked up. I could feel the beast's legs on top of me tremble with fear. All of the wolves started backing off slowly, growling and barking. They soon turned away and fled. Not the one on top of me, he was determined to kill me!
A thing pounced out of the bushes with it's mouth wide open and it's was going for the wolf. It grabbed it and brought it down to the ground just in front of me. The thing had it's fangs clamped round the wolves neck. I sat up, blood spattered everywhere and on my face as the wolf spun round franticly trying to get the thing of it's neck. The thing got thrown off and hit a tree! It surprisingly managed to get up and pounce back at the injured wolf. All I could see was teeth flashing, legs kicking, the wolf barking like a rampit dog and blood everywhere as the two scrambled and fought one another.
I closed my eyes as more blood splattered everywere and on my face and clothes.
The wolf gave an ear-bleeding whine. I opened my eyes...Blood everywere and a corpse lay lifelessly on the ground...It was that wretched wolf, the one that tried to kill me!
The thing turned it's head around then smirked as it set it's bloodshot eyes on me! At that moment I noticed that it was no human I have ever seen before! It had wirey, black hair all over it's muscular body, instead of a nose it had a wolf-like snout, It had hind legs with paws rather than legs and feet, It had human hands but these had longer fingers, they were hairy and the nails were long, sharp and had blood under them, it also had long pointy ears too, but the worst thing was it's eyes...those 'big' bloodshot eyes which seemed to pick out my weaknesses from my strengths which had a hatred shine to them.
It was crouched low to the ground like a wolf stalking it's prey. It's pupils narrowed into slits. It's mouth was foaming. Jaws wide open. Snarling. Growling. It pounced with it's jaws ready, open, to clamp round my juicy shoulder and suck the flesh and blood dry out of me!
I scream but the beast cuts it short.
I hear it feasting on my flesh, it's eyes meet mine as the demon-thing make a gash in my arm and I faint ............
