Alright here's how it breaks down. The first thing you do is find the confermation e-mail. Now thats in your brothers E-MAIL. Thats the one you signed up with, once you have it do whatever it says to activate your account from what I can tell your only partially active. If you can't find it then he might of gotten deleted or lost. Without that e-mail you won't be able to send PM's. Now you can always try to make a new account with that same e-mail and see if I comfermation e-mail shows up. It's worth a shot if all else fails. If that still doesn't work them i'm not sure what you can do. Maybe ask your brother if he has a idea. But the best thing you can do is find that e-mail. Once thats done you do whatever you please.
