Commanding Officer Chaos (not to be confused with his anime character, Chaos). Laid-back style masks a fun-loving guy with horrible memory, good luck, and awesome loyalty to his friends. CO Chaos' objective: to go to as many sites as possible to spread the name CO Chaos and to conquer the world with the use of his comics and art. Unfortunetly, he falls too easily to laziness.
