Spain! Cool! I just got back from the Philippines like 2 weeks ago, which is probably worse than yours. Mine was +13 hours. It only took like a day to readjust for me though, lol.
Food in the Philippines, a former colony of Spain, has many similarities to Spanish cuisine as well.
