So you're just leaning Japanese for now then?

Well it's basically you undertake 4 different units each semester. If you fail them, you have to do them again if they're part of your major.
It's not really hands on at the moment. It's basically just like being in high school again, but studying journalism for the 2 days that I'm there.
I certainly hope so. But there are so many things I would like to be able to do in my lifetime, and as they say, life is very short.

That sounds really interesting. I've heard Japanese is such a difficult language to learn. If it weren't, I would definitely make an attempt to learn it. c;
I'm studying journalism. It's pretty difficult and if I don't get a job after I finish, I'll probably go back to uni again.

The finals are just exams aren't they?

It's just so difficult to shake the habit though, even in second year uni (I'm second year too!). Well at least you're getting your work done and it's such a nice feeling when you finally finish the work.
