Yeah... He was a very bad person (you know trying to rule the world/realms) and wants the lead character (a young woman) to take his place in that goal. Oh and to have him wake up.

Yeah. More or less me too. Have a sleeping beauty (male mind you) character whose soul was torn from his body for as long as he sleeps.

It's more like the characters write themselves xD Royce Davidson came into existence fully formed and what not. Most of his past, his personality, his present, and his appearance all came together at once.
