Pictures and videoes and what not will be a bit more effective, but he'll just side step it. He knows he's lost the debate with me, and he knows he's lost it with you--that's all that really matters. When people read it, the person who actually makes sense will be clear x3. Worth a try though.

Well, I like the guy. I have a pretty big ego too (and it's big enough to think my knowing about it changes anything), but the difference between shooting a rifle at a person (though thank god never killing anyone), and reading about it are minimal. I didn't rely on my experience as evidence, I used citations in standard APA format. There's no excuse for him not to be able to be just as informed as I am, minus ability knowledge, perhaps.

Rambling now. I was just in it for the debate though--glad you enjoyed the exchange. We should have some at some point--just to have a nice little rhetoric spare (no sarcasm intended).

For what it's worth, bullpups word. No one denies that. Hell, they work pretty damn good. I was just arguing that they are not clearly superior. They are not the optimized choice for most situation, save what would be covered in MOUNT training (which for what's worth, is rare for most infantry in Afghanistan these days, though it was more common and applicable in Iraq; especially whatever the ******** Fullujah was).
