Ive been without internet for like a week, settig up my laptop again from scratch basically otherwise things are good, my new gym partner is 240lbs of venezuelan rugby player called Jose, he works with me and is about as crazy about gym and rugby as i am, its wicked.
Im sorry to hear eating meat has made you sick, why is that?! losing 6lbs of fat is excellent, that means the muscle you have put on is lean muscle and will help increase your metabolism. well done, thats really great. I know the break up must have been hard and put strain on you, so especially well done for working through that.

Why the hell would you scare people off?! Yeah, it IS odd how some people do just hit it off instantly though, i rarely happens to me to be honest Ah wow, a weekend away, Id LOVE one of those! Im working like a dog at the moment, only left work at 530 this evening and that counts as EARLY!
My drinking stories always involve me being really really tanked right? Right. That happens OFTEN and QUICKLY! I just get to a point, stop drinking and try maintain. Generally I fail, and thats when the stories happen!
Finding a cheap protein shake is not necessarily the best option. As much as I tell people not to throw money away on creatine and other rubbish like that, buying cheap protein is a waste. I found that out the hard way. I used to use USN, and it worked (at least i thought) for like a year. Then i was talking to some of the really massive guys at gym, and one of them gave me a sample of another product. It was actually amazing to me how much of a difference it made (and im talkng whey here, not mass builder etc etc). It was like, you know haw the day after you train really hard there's always that bit of stiffness, the lack of stretch in your muscles? well, with usn, lets say i had X stiffness. just from the sample of the better quality stuff, it was like a third of that, i could have trained the same muscles again, the next day. Basically my point is this: the more expensive stuff is there cos it works better. Ive switched completely now, i basically refuse to buy the cheap stuff, its not worth it at the end of the day. Id say Optimum Nutrition or BSN are good options.
Yeah, its great that i get exercise at least twice a day, but i also have to cycle to gym... makes it tough to train legs...

What can i say, i hit it off with everyone, im a personable guy! Nah, i wasnt actually drinking much, i have a habit of putting down 3/4 full beers and leaving them cos i know if i actually drink them ill keel over Im a lightweight when it comes to drinking, especially if im training. 2, 3 beers and im merry, 6 and im plastered. Im a real cheap date ha ha ha
Ok i dont have a binder, i tend to memorize stuff, i can look at a recipe or workout and its like instantly stuck in my mind. and im pretty creative with workouts, cos i get bored in like 2 seconds flat. have to keep myself and my body guessing, never let yourself plateau. Where do you get your protein and minerals from then? that must be really tough. do you use protein shakes etc?
Im cycling to work now, its only like 5miles round trip, but im going to start stopping at gym on the way home...
Motivation is never about beating, its about competing and encouraging. so i will sweat lots and tell you that you are a wuss ha ha ha jks. that did wirk with one of my old gym partners though, id tell him he was being gay or moaning like a lil b***h and he'd shut up instantly an push like crazy! ha ha ha.

they're like soccer boots i guess? field sports boots, 6 to 8 studs, or 10 to 14 blades (metal) to cut into the turf for grip. its fun when it gets muddy, you slip like s**t. its kinda like nfl, but not. same shape ball, but ours is bigger because we kick more, we cant throw forward, and you have to tackle using your arms not your shoulder. go on youtube and search for rugby and big hits or tackles and you'll see sort of what its about youtube is great, you can find anything.

Mother's day in england was earlier in the year, did stuff for her then Did i say sunday? damn i did too! sorry, my mind is going! She was here on saturday. i slept most of sunday. My family is retarded as always nah, flat to myself, its only 1 bedroom so pretty glad its just me, could get crowded! ha ha ha. My parents also do the "where do you see yourself..." thing. so i tell them "id either like to be a drunk or a drug dealer." shuts them up pretty quick.
