go to My Gai --> Account Settings --> above choose profile,if you have classic than there is "For classic profiles, you may upload multimedia HERE."

did it help? if you have current profile you have to go to your profile and there change...

Well its not going to happen. Those have been around for years and there has been no news reports of young girls stabbing and killing people for not posting the note so many times.
