Like I said, I would eat raw food, but I struggle with GI issues already (eating mostly meat helps), and I don't want to risk eating store bought meats raw, production conditions just aren't good enough.

I got some more research on that. Turns out the Inuits eat most of their meats almost raw. Vitamin C is easily destroyed during cooking. f I had enough money to buy whole animals from a trusted source and butcher them myself I would be prepared to eat the meat raw or at least very close to it. However I do not trust commercial meat to be as clean as needed, so the vitamin C levels in the meat would be reduced. This makes me think that pasteurized juice may not be nearly as healthy as it is meant to be since the vit C is mostly denatured.

I haven't been following my diet too closely. I tried honey dew melon at a buffet a became addicted. XD

So I've heard. It's because Gohan was so focused at that age, but then as he got older, he lost that focus. Eventually, during the Buu Saga, he got his act back together, but as you know, he was defeated regardless. To be honest, I've never really paid much attention to the Dragon Ball storyline. Guess cause I wasn't born in the age of Dragon Ball.

Cool. My life has been going well. Can't wait to go back to school tomorrow and see my chica. Though, I know it's going to be rather busy. Got a lot of stuff on my plate at the time. But yeah, I'm doing good.

I respect that. I just really got in to dragon ball z. I mean, I used to watch it when I was younger, but I never really got in to it that much. But, now I have. Bardock is honestly one of my favorite characters too. But...I think my favorite character in general is Gohan. Specifically at the age during the cell saga.

But yeah, it's good to hear from you again too man. How's life?
