Meet the Mastermind
Welcome, mortals! I am the Mastermind. Well, they call me the Baby Mastermind because I'm too young to be classified as a full-fledged Mastermind yet... shame!
I am an artist and an author. I mostly draw the things I write about. I also blog -- it's quite fun.
I have been on gaia before, but I've been hacked twice, and lost a password a time or two (or a username, twice as embarrassing... this is why I'm not a Mastermind yet -_-).
I have a deep love of pointless things. After all, as Oscar Wilde noted in The Picture of Dorian Gray,art is beautiful because it is useless, and were art to have a specific use besides taking up space and collected dust, it would be somewhat less beautiful. Or something like that.
I speak in movie quotes, often draw parallels between tv or books or comics or movies and real life -- I see the parallel, I comment on it, and people look at me like I'm a nutcase. Well. I am a nutcase, but that is neither here nor there.
I love to laugh! People with a sense of humor are my favorites -- I can't stand grouchy people! twisted I can bit a bit snippy myself, however, because I'm very headstrong and tend to be very sure of my idea of right and wrong.. sometimes I need to just take a step back and analyze the other person's point of view. I'm working on that sweatdrop
I also love to relax! I make it hard on myself, though. I'm going into my senior year of high school, I'm the Activities Editor of one of the best high school yearbooks in our district, I'm a member of both the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society (La Sociedad Hispanica), I'm going to be taking two AP classes next year, and this summer I'm trying to juggle selling yearbook ads, visiting colleges, applying to colleges, reading 6 summer reading books, three hours worth of trig prep worksheets, and a 24/6 summer job. SCARY!
My favorite thing to do on weekends is veg out with my mom and rewatch our favorite movies and TV shows. And eat. Yes, fooooood xd I'm a twig, so most people don't believe me, but I heart heart heart heart heart heart heart heart heart heart food!!!! I have massive amounts of love and respect for anyone who can cook. Especially really really good food. I AM a little picky, however sweatdrop I don't like most cooked vegetables, and I don't like it when the food on my plate touches other food on my plate. BLASPHEMY!
I love to customize my profile and my avi, so don't be surprised if, every single time you come to my page, there's something new/changed on my priofile. It'll happen a lot rofl oooh! Let's see, let's see... Oh! eek I'm going to be a senior in high school, as aforementioned, and my plan is to major in psychology in college. I'd also like to continue taking Spanish. I'm thinking about dual-majoring with psychology and criminal justice or something, since the plan is to be off and running towards a job with the FBI once I have that bachelor's degree in hand. My hope is to make my way up to a position in the behavioral sciences unit. Any Criminal Minds fans know what I'm talking about; anyone else knows the job title as a "profiler." That's actually not it; there's no job called "profiler," they call it behavioral analyst. But a name is just a name xp
I also really like the show Firefly, and the movie that came from it, Serenity, is my favorite movie.
So the reason I am a member of the Mastermind clan is that I am working on a story. It's a little bit of everything. So here I will discuss.... the characters.
